Prior to joining, Mr. Alfert worked as an Analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking Group for Banc of America Securities. During his time at BAS, he worked on M&A and capital raising transactions for technology companies. He graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
