THOMAS OLIVIER Managing Director : Boston tolivier@revolutionpartners.com Mr. Olivier is a Managing Director at Revolution Partners, and has been with the firm since 2001. Mr. Olivier has over 15 years of experience working with technology companies as an investment banker, entrepreneur and corporate legal advisor. Selected clients include Cree, McData, Citrix, Excel Switching, NEC, AgencyPort, ChemConnect, OnExchange, OpenPages, FatWire, eCopy, XyEnterprise, Optika, Coast, ReefPoint, Entorian, Avaki, Pluris and eTapestry. Prior to joining Revolution Partners, Mr. Olivier was co-general counsel and strategy officer at iOptions, an online employee stock option portal. Prior to joining iOptions, Mr. Olivier spent five years practicing corporate law, most recently with the Boston-based law firm, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP., representing organizations in all stages of development, from start-ups to publicly held corporations, venture capital and investment banking firms and both issuers and underwriters in numerous public offerings. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Olivier spent over two years at Morgan Stanley & Co. as an analyst in their Information Services Department. Mr. Olivier received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Boston College in 1989, and his J.D., with Honors, from George Washington University in 1995.
