Prior to joining Revolution Partners, he was an Associate at Milestone Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. At Milestone, he was responsible for originating investment opportunities, conducting business and financial analysis, and modeling transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Peppo was an Associate in the Technology Research group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey, where he covered enterprise software equities, and a Senior Consultant in the Accenture Chicago office, where he focused on clients in the telecommunications and software sectors. Mr. Peppo earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Duke University with a BSE in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering.
