LANGENHAGEN Managing Director : Boston rcl@revolutionpartners.com Mr. Langenhagen is a Managing Director with Revolution Partners with over 15 years of experience working with software, services, and Internet companies on strategies for maximizing shareholder value. Mr. Langenhagen joined Revolution Partners in 2003 from Broadview International, where he was a senior banker specializing in the infrastructure and security software sectors. Mr. Langenhagen has advised on dozens of transactions including buy-side acquisitions, strategic sales, financings, divestitures and joint ventures for public and private companies, both domestically and internationally. In his career, Mr. Langenhagen has consummated deals with Microsoft, WebMD, Symantec, Trend Micro, GTE, Texas Instruments, the Carlyle Group and others. Mr. Langenhagen also has prior operating experience in manufacturing systems integration and in product management at a pioneering Internet start-up. Mr. Langenhagen holds an MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned a BSE in Engineering, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
